Earthquakes, wildfires, hurricanes, and other environmental disasters have a devastating impact on communities we care deeply about and are committed to supporting.

How we help our customers

We offer assistance to impacted customers through our Customer Service teams and by offering programs to assist those impacted as well as access to the important financial services.

Qualification for assistance

CSC customers who have been forced to evacuate their personal residence, or whose homes have been damaged or destroyed as a result of a federally-declared, major natural disaster, can contact us at 1-888-800-7661, Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST

If you experience financial hardship or property damage from a disaster, we may be able to help with mortgage assistance options. If you’ve been affected by a FEMA-declared disaster, we can discuss available options with you for making payments. We encourage you to continue making regular payments, if possible. We’ll work with you to explore all your options.
